East Victoria Park · Western Australia
The Victoria Park South Perth and Districts RSL Sub Branch is a community of veterans and volunteers dedicated to the welfare of retired service members and their families — through comradeship, commemoration, advocacy and our annual Poppy Day appeal.
The Victoria Park South Perth and Districts RSL Sub Branch is a not-for-profit, ACNC-registered charity, affiliated with RSLWA. Since 2000, our mission has been to care for the welfare of retired and serving Defence members and their families, to commemorate the service and sacrifice of Australian servicemen and women, and to foster comradeship in our community — supported by welfare and advocacy work, commemorative services, and our annual Poppy Day appeal.
Our Purpose
Established in 2000, our Sub Branch carries forward the enduring mission of the Returned & Services League: to look after those who have served our nation, and the families who have stood beside them. We provide welfare support, advocacy, social connection and a place of belonging for veterans of all ages and conflicts.
We also keep the spirit of remembrance alive in our community — commemorating the service and sacrifice of Australian servicemen and women, and passing that legacy on to the next generation.
What We Do
Our work is built on the RSL objects of care, commemoration and comradeship.
Our flagship annual appeal raises vital funds for veteran welfare and keeps the tradition of remembrance alive in our community.
Practical welfare assistance and advocacy to help veterans and families access pensions, entitlements and care.
We host and support ANZAC Day, Remembrance Day and other commemorative services honouring service and sacrifice.
Transparency & Accountability
The Victoria Park South Perth and Districts RSL Sub Branch is a small, volunteer-driven charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and affiliated with RSLWA. We report to the regulator each year, and our welfare work and Poppy Day funds are overseen by an elected volunteer committee — no part of our income provides private benefit to any individual.
