After leaving the service, I struggled to adjust. The Victoria Park RSL gave me a community that understood. The welfare support helped me get back on my feet, and the mateship has been invaluable.
When my husband passed, the RSL Sub Branch was there for our family. They helped with everything - from paperwork to just being there to listen. I'm forever grateful for their support.
The advocacy team helped me navigate my DVA claim when I was completely lost. They knew exactly what to do and fought for what I was entitled to. Can't thank them enough.
We honor the service and sacrifice of Australian service personnel through commemorative events including ANZAC Day Dawn Service, Remembrance Day services, and our annual Poppy Day campaign.
These events bring our community together to remember those who served and continue to serve our nation. Everyone is welcome to participate in our services and show their respect.
